Instead, theSplatoonteam crafted whole new weapon types for players to enjoy and learn.
Each with its own learning curve and effectiveness in ink-covered combat.
With the ability to launch vertical strikes at range.
As well as switching to horizontal mode, the Wiper is a much-loved new addition.
Making for an awesome addition as well.
This makes for a smoother game experience as players are not pulled away from their match.
Allowing for Stages to be selected without witty banter makes for an easier time in-game.
This is due to having to watch the cast before you could even play the game in previous entries.
New Special Abilities
The newest iteration ofSplatoonoffers more Specials to be mastered throughout hours of gameplay.
The Crab Tank is far from the only new Special added toSplatoon 3.
The Tacticooler is a way for players to be more supportive in their Special usage.
The Tacticooler is certainly a cool entry into the series and has the potential to be of great use.
Making it one of the most adaptable ofSplatoon 3’sBest New Features.
New Maps
New maps have been added toSplatoon 3.
Scorch Gorge is a wonderfully barren wasteland you could quickly cover in ink.
Undertow Spillway seems to be a more classic design than other entries.
At the same time, Retail Alley seems to add the grittiness of a graffiti-filled street alley intoSplatoon 3.
With all of these new additions to the game, one map seems to stand out above the rest.
This map serves as the shining star of the maps with many lanes of attack.

Customization
Style has always been an integral part of theSplatoonseries.
WithSplatoon 3,however, the options are even more fleshed out than its predecessors.
Able to outfit your squids or octopi with outrageous ornaments, with more options than ever before.
Player cards and emotes that play after a victorious game are also present.
This adds to the game’s ability to confirm that your squid has swagger and your octopi is original.
With a heavy emphasis on making each player’s character feel like they are one of a kind.
The new customization options available inSplatoon 3make for a welcome addition.
Players are able to choose new hairstyles and even unique eye colors.
