New Location and Setting
Since its inception,Fallouthas been a post-apocalyptic wasteland based in a US city.
The game derives from the premise of a ravaged and savage run American wasteland.
We saw it inFallout 3, which was set in Chicago, andFallout 4in Boston.

Back in 2016, an online trademark for Fallout New Orleans was uncovered, however, nothing followed.
And inFallout: New Vegasthere were hints at an Enclave outpost in Chicago.
Which it is undoubtedly in need of as the original engine was full of buggy character animations and movements.
Admittedly, sometimes those bugs made for a good-hearted laugh.
