Ramon Salazar

Ramon Salazar is best described as a mouthful of tentacles.

Despite his massive size, hes pretty agile and attacks by spitting a gross, fatal acid at you.

Its funny because Ramon Salazaar would taunt you for most of the game as a short, wrinkled aristocrat.

Then, later, hes transformed into an insect-like beast.

As he crawls across the ceiling, its apparent Ramon Salazar is a threat you cant ignore much longer.

The remake elevates this, giving Salazars transformation its own spectacle instead of the originals merging with Queen Plaga.

Firepower is your best friend.

Just try aiming at him when he stops and opens his mouth to spit at you.

The fight isnt as challenging as other boss fights.

However, the acid is quite lethal, so have a go at avoid them landing on you.

Once Ramon Salazar falls to the ground, use the melee button to kill him.

Jack Krauser

Before, it was a quick-time event cutscene with Krauser.

Its quite an interesting fight, given Leon and Krausers shared military past and his former mentor.

The stakes are higher, given that you dont have your high-grade weapons to rely on.

Still, its a pretty grand knife fight that requires accurate timing and parries.

Garrador

Garrador is a blind giant monster, which means that his hearing senses are enhanced.

He has long metal claws on his arms that easily kill you with one fell swing.

The fight with Garrador needs stealth a lot more than aggression.

you’ve got the option to also get smart and make a run at mislead him with noises.

Just double-check to safely haul yourself out of his wild slashes.

when you obtain the chance, fire shots at his back, where his weak point is at.

Del Lago looks like a giant lake monster.

It lives underwater and constantly resurfaces to crash into you and kill you.

Simply pay attention to Del Lagos signature moves, which you have to do for all boss fights anyway.

Either one is deadly, constantly slashing his way around.

Fortunately, Verdugo has a weakness.

He falls at the mercy of liquid nitrogen.

So, to defeat him, simply freeze him with liquid nitrogen, then fire shots at him.

Careful not to miss.

Or, rocket-launch him into oblivion for a much shorter fight.

Twin Garradors

The Twin Garradors power is amplified by other enemies that appear as well.

Defeating the Twin Garradors requires the same principles as defeating the one.

However, its a little more complicated when there are two of them.

El Gigante

El Gigante is quite a huge beast, towering over everyone else.

He has quite the story about how Los Illuminados transformed him into a massive bioweapon.

Perhaps the most vicious part of fighting El Gigante is that there is more than one of these creatures.

Its largely a similar recipe to follow for all El Gigantes.

Simply shoot it as many times as possible.

When La Plaga starts sprouting from its back, it signals El Gigantes weak point is now exposed.

El Gigante isnt a piece of cake to defeat, especially since it heals itself quickly.

When it does, though, repeat the same process over and over until you finally kill it.

El Gigante Armored

El Gigante Armored is the same creature as El Gigante, except he has armor.

That means itll take a much high-powered weapon to take him out.

He comes after fighting El Gigante, so you should have a nice recall of how to defeat him.

Take out El Gigante, armored, with a cannon.

Alternatively, you may aim for the head, which is, thankfully, unprotected by the armor.

You could sweat it and venture to kill them one at a time.

However, the easiest way out is to use the trap door to drop them into the lava.

Bitores Mendez

Heres a guy whos a sight to see.

Once a village chief, Bitores Mendez suffers from an insidious mutation of an extended spine.

Literally, the upper and lower bodies are held together by an elongated, exposed spine.

The whole situation demands adapting and quickly moving on your feet.

All along, the building youre trapped in burns down around you.

Because of how menacingly tall the guy is, youll want to climb the ladder to the upper floor.

That way, Mendezs weak point, an eye, is exposed on his back.

The fights not done, though.

Mendez will crawl up to where you are, fast.

Dodge his attacks while firing shots at him.

Youll need ammunition and firepower to get the job done.

This time, Krauser has a deadly arm blade capable of killing you in one or two strikes.

While not the hardest boss fight, Mutated Krauser is the most emotional fight with a tangible backstory.

Leon then contemplates Krausers will before plunging the knife into his chest.

Watch out for Krausers right arm, which he uses as a shield.

When his guard is down, continue shooting at him.

Osmund Saddler

In the final showdown, Osmund Saddler wraps up theResident Evil 4remake with a bang.

Hes one of the toughest bosses to beat, using both acid and claw attacks.

Once hes regained his strength, he returns, having replenished his health.

This fight can go on and on for a while.

At some point, he mutates into a mass of tentacles that can shred you to pieces.

Aim for the eyes.

This will stun him and make him stumble.

Then, aim for his central eye.

You should see it marked with double-white arrows.

verify to use a high-power weapon to finish him off.

When the flying parasites come out, shoot as many as you’re free to.

Then, repeat the process of aiming for his eyes.

Once he mutates, aim for the central orange blister.

you’ve got the option to even use a rocket launcher, which Ada passes on to you.
