It allows you to not only survive a lethal hit but also slow down time.
The latter feels almost superhuman, especially when scaled up from three to five seconds at full upgrade.
Its full potential, of course, breaks through when combined with the Sand Sword and Dagger pair.
Youll need to buy the Deluxe Pack from the in-game store.
But players who already have the Deluxe Edition should have no problem accessing the Sand Outfit.

Additionally, it infuses a unique, potent perk calledForgotten Terror.

Milads Outfit doesnt offer upgrades and thats fine.
Its base perk is powerful enough to disorient enemies within range.
You even get a deeper, somewhat digitized voice to boot.
Once you do, though, stronger enemies in later stages become easier to take out.
Then, dive underwater to access a cave that has hidden magical treasures, among them Milads Outfit.
These are found or picked off specific NPCs bodies by pickpocketing, looting, or killing.
