It features a vast, open world for you to roam and explore.
Especially since the weapons inBreath of the Wildbreak so fast after a few strikes.
The Master Sword is the only weapon that can recharge itself.
Still, there are quite impressive weapons you might rely on to fight the toughest bosses.
These best weapons inThe Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wildare a great place to start.
Meteor Rod
A meteor is a pretty cool, enhanced version of the fire rod.
Its a rod with a fire elemental ball of energy attached to the front.
you’re free to use it to attack enemies or start fires.
With each attack, a meteor rod can cast three fireballs at once.
The meteor rod was crafted by a powerful magician.
They solely cast meteors with an attack power of 10 (3) and a durability of 32.
Despite their lower attack power, meteors are great for AOE damage output.
Enemies also freak out when they catch fire, thus serving as a stunning alternative.
you’ve got the option to use it to set a field of grass on fire.
Or, for crowd control.
Or, search for it in Tabantha in a treasure chest on a raised platform.
Royal Guards Claymore
The Royal Guards Claymore is a two-handed sword version of the Royal Claymore.
It has an impressive base attack power of 72 and a base durability of 15.
Its claimed that the Sheikah used ancient technology to forge the Royal Guards Claymore.
A Royal Guards Claymore is perfect for offense strategists.
Upon landing, it can easily rip an enemys body to pieces.
Even proving useful against Ganon, whos arguably the worst of them all.
Its a mighty weapon that, ironically, is easy to find in large numbers in Hyrule.
The only downside is that the Royal Guards Claymore has very low durability.
They break easily after a few strikes, which makes them less ideal in battle.
However, its high attack power can more than make up for it.
Despite their large numbers, watch out for the tons of guards making rounds at the castle.
Theyre always ready for a fight and can pose a huge challenge to get past them.
Master Sword
The Master Sword is the only weapon that wont break.
Instead, it recharges after a while, for roughly 10 minutes.
It has a base attack power of 30, which spikes to 60 when fighting Calamity enemies.
Getting a Master Sword is quite the challenge.
Youll need 13 full-heart containers.
Then head to the Great Hyrule Korok Forest, in front of the Great Deku Tree.
Youll find it on a stone platform.
Ancient Battle Axe++
Alternatively, consider the Ancient Battle Axe++, which is also a two-handed axe.
It has a higher durability of 32 but a slightly lower base attack power of 60.
Originally, the Guardian Scouts wielded the Ancient Battle Axe++.
And the axes unique blade was also forged using ancient technology.
Its no secret that the Ancient Battle Axe++ can do irreparable damage.
The buffs alone make it the strongest weapon in the entire game.
When not in battle, Ancient Battle Axe++ is equally useful for felling trees to gather wood resources.
Youll need to battle against the Guardian Scouts in the Shrines of Trials to get the axe.
For example, defeat the Guardian Scouts IV in A Moderate Test of Strength at Muow Jeem ancient shrine.
The strongest Guardian Scouts hold the mightiest Ancient Battle Axe++, so verify to go prepared for intense battles.
If all five hit the target, theyll deal incredible damage all at once.
Since they fire horizontally, attempt to get closer to the target for maximum impact.
However, you dont always have to use the five-shot variant.
you’ve got the option to tone it down to four or three, if you like.
Just remember that using multiple arrows doesnt incur any additional depletion of your arrow supply.
So, why not use it?
These arent the easiest enemies to defeat, either.
