Xbox Refund Policy
Xbox has a stringent Refund Policy which doesnt sound very encouraging.
The purchased product should follow every rule to be eligible for a refund.
It usually tends to stand out as a mammoth task with strict guidelines.
Unfortunately, Microsoft hasnt mentioned the mode of payment for the refund.
How to make a Refund Request?
Sign in to your Xbox account through which you have to make a refund request.
Click yourprofile pictureon the top right corner.
Click onMy Microsoft Account.
UnderPayment and Billing, click onOrder History.
- press the items order number from the list of purchases and click onRequest refund.
You will always receive a confirmation mail after making a refund request.
If you arent able to view their emails, double-check to check out the spam section of your inbox.
