The tough part to digest is this isn’t the first time Nintendo has gunned for the channel.
This time, the YouTuber has received a whopping 1,300 copying claims, with Nintendo themselves pulling the trigger.
Whether this means the channel is subject to close is another question.
But looking at the figures, it doesn’t look great.
For those that don’t know, YouTube has a strict policy of no more than three copyright strikes.

On one hand, a copyright claim is a copyright claim.
