The tough part to digest is this isn’t the first time Nintendo has gunned for the channel.
This time, the YouTuber has received a whopping 1,300 copying claims, with Nintendo themselves pulling the trigger.
Whether this means the channel is subject to close is another question.
But looking at the figures, it doesn’t look great.
For those that don’t know, YouTube has a strict policy of no more than three copyright strikes.
Over a thousand, of course, isquitea big deal.
Over 1300 copyright blocks on the YT channel today.
Let me clarify again that I do not monetize videos and do not profit from them.
I do realize that doesnt justify uploading the content, the YouTuber said.
It is their content after all.
On one hand, a copyright claim is a copyright claim.
It’s a 50/50 split, either way.
