Takuya-san:My name is Takuya Sato and I am a product manager here at Preferred Networks.
The game development is facing delays due to a mysterious interference program planted by hackers in the game world.
There are no cities or inhabitants, only untouched nature.
By defeating boss monsters, you’ll acquire assets to progress the game’s development.
Your ally in this adventure is the adorable sidekick called Grammi.
you’re free to also build a simple program to make Grammi fish, too.
Fishing is a very popular in-game content and we noticedOmegaCrafterplayers have been saying I want to see Grammi fish!
and They must look so cute if they can fish!
so we added the fishing content!
Takuya-san:you’re able to capture real species like horse mackerel, flying fish and eels.
So we started with the team members favorite fish.
Each biome has unique species of fish and I hope the players collect them all!
I would particularly recommendOmegaCrafterfor four types of gamers.
One is automation fans because obviously, the best part ofOmegaCrafteris the block-based programming for automation.
Two, survival craft fans hungry for challenging battles.
The more you automate and streamline the crafting process with Grammi, the quicker and stronger your equipment gets!
Three, creative gamers who want to build in-game structures freely.
you could also level the lands so youre not bound to the default terrain.
Four, families who want to enjoy crafting games with children.OmegaCrafterdoes not require any previou coding experience or knowledge.
Kids can also acquire computational thinking by starting from simple programs and customizing the adorable Grammi.
Takuya-san:There were two player reactions that impressed me after we launchedOmegaCraftersearly access edition.
One is that many players proactively share their unique structures and automation schemes online.
The other is that many players enjoyOmegaCrafterwith their kids.
It always makes me happy to seeOmegaCrafterplayers communicate with each other and form their own communities.
We also post updates on X (formerly Twitter) at@omegacrafter_en.
And we also plan to attend events overseas as well as in Japan.
We will of course have visitors tryOmegaCrafterbut were also making some special exhibits, so stay tuned!
Takuya-san:yo getOmegaCrafteron Steam (https://store.steampowered.com/app/2262080/Omega_Crafter/) and try them on either Windows or Mac!
I highly recommend the multiplayer feature that allows up to six players to interact in theOmegaCrafteruniverse.
Alternatively, you could visit the Steam extension for additional updateshere.
