It was released in 2017 by developer Thrills and garnered quite positive reviews from fans worldwide.
Now, youll be happy to know the arcade game is finally coming to consoles and PCs.
But what do we know so far about the upcoming game?
What is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade: Wrath of the Mutants?
The game is based on the 2012 Nickelodeon TV series of the same name.
After training in the sewers, theyre finally ready to take on the dangers above ground.
Youll work toward taking down Shredder and his maniacal plan.
Youll also face 13 formidable bosses leading up to the final battle against your arch-nemesis, Shredder.

Re-experience the 2017 arcade classic on consoles and PCs with three additional stages and six additional boss battles!
These will likely be in addition to the originals gameplay, including returning characters.
Youll enjoy three new stages and six additional boss battles.
So, youll be fighting hordes of enemies in co-op, choosing your favorite turtle to lead the charge.
While all ninja turtles are trained in ninjutsu, they each have unique abilities and skills.
Additionally, each turtle has a special super attack that drastically raises the stakes in your favor when used.
Theyre always fighting as a team, though.
So, you’re free to always call for mutant backup support by picking up a specific token.

However, publisher GameMill Entertainment will take wings on the marketing side.
They havent published any TMNT games before.
On the other hand, the 2017 TMNT arcade game was originally developed by Raw Thrills.
So, its nice that they return to ensure the port remains authentic to the original.
I mean, its certainly splendid to revive arcade-style gaming for a contemporary audience.
Hopefully, the port runs smoothly while still retaining the charm of a retro experience.
Itd be a shame if the port didnt deliver a more enriching experience with high replayability.
If it doesnt deliver, perhaps its time to switch from beat em up to the fighting genre.
Its somewhat similar to the original arcade game.
So, gamers who have already played the original should have a good idea of what to expect.
However, do stay tuned for more updates, either via the official social handlehereor right here ongaming.net.
