Microsoft has rebuilt everything from scratch while keeping the support for legacy software.
The user experience now depends on how you want to use your PC (The posture).
The user interface must adjust to provide the best experience, and Windows 10X does the exact thing.
Microsoft got rid of Live tiles(Finally!
).There is an area that recommends you based on what you do at a particular time.
The apps list is customizable and grants users the capability of rearranging the apps from the rows.
Windows 10X has support for app folders in the Start menu.
There is a new taskbar that is fully customizable.
The bar also gives us suggestions based on app preferences, which can also be manipulated.
The Windows logo shows up for sometime when clicked and is hidden most of the time.
This new Action Center includes things like volume controls, power options, and battery percentage.
There are a set of other new features like Compose mode and Dynamic Wallpapers.
It is quite similar to updating an Android machine with A/B partitions.
When the update is done, the PC will restart, and wont take much longer to complete.
The OS is capable of running on different form factors as well.
