The Charging wars are escalating again and Xiaomi is firing it with 200W this time around.
In May, Xiaomi posted on Twitter to flex its latest fast wired and wireless charging developments.
Xiaomi even claimed that the results were qualified as new world records in the process.
Xiaomi named the fast charging tech as HyperCharge.
If you go longer between charges it can stretch even more.
The company behind the 200W charging tech is NuVolta Technologies.
NuVolta Technologies recently launched a second generation of its pump fast-charging chip.
The NuVolta NU2205 is the fastest charging chip with the highest power output, capable of reaching 100W.
Xiaomi is likely to be the first to actually put the tech in a smartphone.
